REFUND POLICY

Sellspark Digital LLC aims to ensure client satisfaction while protecting the time and resources invested into each project.

1. Refund Window

Refund requests must:

  • Be submitted to Info@sellsparkdigital.com
  • Be made within 60 days of the initial payment date
  • Include a detailed explanation

2. Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed carefully.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Sellspark Digital LLC based on:

  • Amount of work completed
  • Resources invested
  • Client cooperation
  • Contractual scope

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be granted if:

  • A substantial portion of work has been completed
  • The client caused delays
  • The client changes business strategy
  • Dissatisfaction is due to external market performance
  • Services were fully delivered

Deposits for reserved service time may be non-refundable.

4. Approved Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • Processing timelines depend on Stripe, PayPal, or bank processing times
  • Applicable transaction fees may be deducted

5. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
