Sellspark Digital LLC provides e-commerce automation, store design, development, consulting, optimization, and related digital services.

  • One-time project-based services
  • Monthly retainer services
  • Subscription-based services

Each service scope is defined individually through proposals, invoices, written agreements, or direct communication.
Services are offered to clients located within the United States only.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have legal authority to enter into binding contracts
  • All information provided is accurate

4. Payments

4.1 Upfront Payment

Work begins only after required upfront payment is received. Depending on the service, payment may be:

  • Full upfront payment
  • Partial deposit with remaining balance due as agreed

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer
  • Other approved processors

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

4.3 Failure to Pay

  • Suspension of services
  • Termination of agreement
  • Collection actions for outstanding balances

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our official Refund Policy. Refunds are not automatic and are granted only after careful internal review.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide required access and materials on time
  • Communicate promptly
  • Use services for lawful business purposes only

Delays caused by the client do not entitle the client to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Sellspark Digital LLC retains rights to proprietary systems, automation methods, internal processes, and frameworks.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

8. No Guarantees

  • Specific revenue results
  • Sales performance
  • Platform approvals
  • Business success

Business outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellspark Digital LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

  • These Terms are breached
  • Payments are not made
  • Services are used unlawfully

Clients may terminate ongoing services subject to agreed notice periods.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

12. Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
